Who We Are


The Federation of Pharmacy Networks was first incorporated in Missouri in 1990. Our current membership consists of 22 buying groups nationwide representing FPN's 13,000 patron independent pharmacy owners. The Federation is governed by a seven-person Board of Directors comprised of and voted upon by its members. In October of 1996, FPN reincorporated to become National Pharmacy Cooperative, Inc., dba Federation of Pharmacy Networks, a California Cooperative Corporation.

FPN negotiates with selected vendors to establish favorable contracts based on the volume purchasing power achieved through our patron pharmacies. Many of FPN's unique programs provide the independent pharmacist with significant net savings. Additionally, each member group office is supported through FPN's programs.
