EPIC Pharmacy Network Inc., EPN, is a wholly owned subsidiary and the third party marketing arm of EPIC Pharmacies. EPN aggressively markets the Network to the managed care marketplace on behalf of its participating independent pharmacies.

Through an agreement with each pharmacy, EPN is a legally authorized contracting agent for all its participating pharmacies. EPN markets the Network to insurance companies, HMO's, PBM's, TPA's, and others. Contracts resulting from these marketing activities give EPIC Pharmacy Network providers access to thousands of third party payers and millions of covered lives.

EPIC Pharmacy Network provides centralized contracting and administrative functions for its pharmacies to insurance companies, HMO's, pharmacy benefit management companies, and other third party payers.
